There is a joint share in the project, and in addition, each college involved in the project has its own sub-project.
In the Kappas Kaposta project, an operating model is created in which the target group of young people aged 18-35 strengthen their basic skills and become empowered as heroes in their own lives. In particular, people aged 30+ are excluded from many services. Young people need a place to stick to, and where they can practice the skills of working in a group and studying, as well as strengthen their self-esteem. Civic colleges are excellent educational institutions for this, because even now the operation is based on resource-oriented pedagogy. In the project, service design is carried out in the introduction of KAPOS marks (National Basic Skills Competence Marks) among civic colleges and partners.
The project's goals in a nutshell
- The service design of the introduction process of Kapos brands and the modeling of customer guidance together with the entities guiding the services, taking regional differences into account.
- Piloting Kapos courses and sharing good practices. The "Kapos eligibility" of existing courses is identified and new Kapos courses are piloted.
- Identifying the skills and strengths of the participants, focusing on the activity and increasing resources and working life skills.
- We will conduct a national modeling of the introduction of Kapos signs in civic colleges, especially for young people, and actively communicate the results of the project.
