Aurala prepares for power outages
Power outages are possible during autumn and winter. Power outages are possible during peak consumption times in the morning and early evening. The electricity can then be out for a couple of hours at a time.
Information about power outages is usually given in advance, but unexpected power outages can also be possible. In both cases, teaching at Aurala's civic college is organized as normally as possible. However, be prepared for the fact that the lighting is not as effective as in a normal situation, and that the teacher may change the teaching to suit the situation. Aurala's staff makes sure that movement in the premises is as safe as possible.
It is good to be prepared for power outages:
* Take a flashlight with you to the courses. You can also move well in the light of a mobile phone. Candles are not allowed in our premises.
* Please note that the yard areas are also dark. Move carefully.
* The elevator stops working. Use the stairs or wait for help to get around.
* Internet connections do not work.
Composure is a trump card even during a power outage. Have a safe autumn everyone!
