Aurala Civic College's Welfare and Movement Theme Week invites you to stop by your own well -being and find ways to manage your workload. The new course strengthens your well -being at work - Find a path to balanced everyday life provides practical tools for time management, recovery and stress management.
Teacher Marita Kraama tells what has made her get excited about the theme of well -being at work:
"I have read a lot about well-being at work and have found the well-being course at work to be useful. This topic is very timely and touches workers of all ages."
In the course, participants are often surprised by how small and simple actions can have a major impact on well -being:
"Many are surprised by how simple things are wrapped in well -being."
Marita emphasizes that the course is suitable for anyone who wants to promote the well -being of their own and their work community:
"The course is suitable for anyone at different stages of their career who want to create a sustainable working life. However, it is not suitable for those in an acute crisis."
As a teacher, Marita experiences in particularly rewarding moments when participants say:
"How was this hour already ended - why is the course not longer?"
Occupational well -being is an important skill because
"It helps to control one's own resources, stress levels and recovery. When understanding work load factors, you can strengthen the absorption and meaning of work, which supports the well -being and balanced everyday life of the mind."
In addition, the course has the opportunity to complete a national well-being at work (Kapos sign), but it is possible to participate without it.
